MHM2100AT - Fujitsu 10GB EIDE 2.5LP 4200RPM Notebook Drive

Fujitsu's new generation of storage products includes the MHM2100AT, a 2.5-inch mobile hard drive with an UDMA-66 (ATA-5) interface and a spindle speed of 4,200 RPM. This drive has a slim profile, a formatted capacity of 10.0GB, and weighs only 98g. Fujitsu's new hard disk drives suit a full range of application requirements, from low-end to high-end notebook PCs, as well as applications that require small form factor, high shock resistance, low power consumption, and low acoustic noise. All four new drives feature Giant-MR Head (GMR), Stiction-Free Trini-Slider (SFTS), Cable-Patterned Suspension (CAPS), and UDMA66 (ATA5). These drives are designed for maximum available internal transfer rates of between 16.4MB and 28.7MB per second, as well as a 2MB write/read-ahead cache buffer that enables highly efficient processing and performance. Fujitsu's advanced design and technology and sophisticated features result in excellent solutions even in adverse operating environments.
